Within the Kingdom:
- Eastern Province and Riyadh: within 24 to 72 hours
- Other main cities: home delivery within 2 to 4 days
- Villages and remote areas: delivery to the nearest SMSA branch within 3 to 5 days

*The base cost of delivery is 19 riyals, and delivery is free for purchases over 375 riyals
*There might be factors that increase the base cost of delivery
*Cash On Delivery option is available at an additional cost, and the customer undertakes to bear the costs of delivery and return when the order is rejected or negligent in receiving it.
* In the event that the order was prepaid and was not received from the delivery representative, the costs of delivery and return will be deducted from the value of the order before transferring its value to the customer.
* Products that are available on pre-order basis and indicated that they “need a processing period” cannot be refunded upon non-receipt of the order; such as lenses for astigmatism correction.
* Re-delivery of an order returned by the courier, may incur additional charges.
Out of Kingdom:
- Gulf countries: within 3 to 5 working days via Aramex or SMSA
*The basic cost of delivery is 39 riyals
Rest of the world: within 3 to 7 working days via Aramex or DHL
*The basic cost of delivery is 59 riyals
- The customer is responsible to pay costumes fees for her/his country and any clearance processing fees, if any.

* Please do not add contact lenses solution to the shopping cart when your address is outside the Kingdom, due to the strict laws on the amount of liquids allowed by shipping companies / customs of importing countries.
