Exchange Policy

Contact lenses are considered health and beauty products, and in accordance with the laws of hygiene and public health, we do not accept their replacement except in the following cases:

- Incorrect/wrong product delivered by us.

- There is a manufacturing defect in the product.

When preparing to replace the product, the product must be in its original condition with all accessories and accessories included.

We do not accept exchanges for products that are scratched or damaged due to misuse. We reserve the right not to agree to accept replacement products that do not meet the above criteria.

In the event of a manufacturing defect, the customer will be compensated with a product of the same color and size (if any), according to the instructions of the lens agents in the Kingdom.

The period allowed to report an error or defect in the product is 3 days from the date of receiving the order.
